Eastern Produce Council to host John J. McAleavey Annual Gala
The Eastern Produce Council is excited to host its annual gala on Saturday, April 18, at the Liberty House in Jersey City, New Jersey. Founded in 1966, this year's celebration marks a major milestone for the organization: its 60th anniversary.
For six decades, the council and its members have united to create memorable industry events and support charitable causes within the produce community. In addition to its philanthropic efforts, the council established a leadership program to cultivate the next generation of industry professionals.
While much has evolved over the past 60 years, the foundation of the organization remains unchanged: a spirit of camaraderie that continues to grow and engage members across the industry.
The evening will include a cocktail hour starting at 7 p.m., dinner buffet, performance by a comedic magician and dancing against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline.
The annual gala is the main fundraising effort of the Eastern Produce Council, enabling it to continue supporting worthy causes and organizations in the produce industry and their communities.
Registration for the gala is currently open here, as well as the opportunity to purchase a sponsorship and/or an ad at the gala.
