Mayesh acquires Sooner Wholesale Florist
Mayesh Wholesale Florist, a distributor of premium flowers, has acquired Sooner Wholesale Florist, effective Jan. 16, 2026.
The acquisition adds three locations — Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Amarillo — to Mayesh’s network, expanding the company’s national footprint and its service to floral professionals.
Sooner Wholesale Florist has been a longtime partner to floral communities in Oklahoma and Texas, known for strong customer relationships, local expertise and a focus on service. As part of Mayesh, Sooner customers will gain access to an expanded global product assortment, online ordering through Mayesh.com and value-added programs such as Petals Rewards, while continuing to work with the same local teams.
“This acquisition represents more than growth — it’s about alignment,” said Patrick Dahlson, CEO of Mayesh Wholesale Florist. “Sooner has built an incredible business rooted in relationships, integrity and community. Those values mirror our own, and we’re excited to invest in the Oklahoma and Texas markets while supporting the talented Sooner team and the customers they serve every day.”
Charlie Cutler, CEO of Sooner Wholesale Florist, said the move positions the company for continued growth while maintaining its local focus.
“Joining the Mayesh family is a natural next step for Sooner,” Cutler said. “Mayesh brings expanded resources, global reach and innovative programs that will benefit our customers, while honoring the relationships and local service that have always been at the heart of our business.”
The transition will be implemented in phases through early 2026 to ensure continuity for customers and employees. Day-to-day operations will continue without interruption, with systems, programs and branding integrated gradually.
With the expansion, Mayesh said it is reinforcing its mission to serve as a trusted floral partner by delivering premium products, education and support to designers, retailers and event professionals nationwide.
