Sprouts to move into new headquarters in 2026
Currently Sprouts Farmers Market corporate offices are located above an express version of the specialty store in a North Phoenix development that includes retail, office and residential buildings. In mid 2026, the headquarters will move a few hundred yards east as Sprouts is building a new, larger headquarters campus in the adjacent City North development.
Expected to open in late summer, the 180,000 square foot complex over seven acres will include a main office, flagship Sprouts store, retail, restaurants and wellness facilities like a gym, yoga studio and a kitchen.
The new headquarters will nearly double its current corporate space, mirroring the growth efforts of Sprouts over the past decade and its expansion plans for the next 10 years.
By the numbers, the complex will include a 145,000 square foot Class-A office building, a 25,000 square foot flagship grocery store and 11,000 square feet of high-end retail space. Designed to foster collaboration and employee well-being that is a hallmark of Sprouts culture, the campus will feature a rooftop deck, an on-site fitness center and culinary kitchens.
When the development of the new building was announced, Sprouts confirmed that it was going forward with the $2 billion master-planned project to accommodate its expanding workforce to align with its expansion plans.
Sprouts employs approximately 35,000 associates and operates 477 stores in 24 states nationwide as of the end of 2025. It expects to expand its store count by as much as 10 percent annually and also greatly increase the states in which it operates, matching the vision of CEO Jack Sinclair who has been widely quoted as promising that Sprouts’ ever-enlarging footprint will stretch across the country “from sea to shining sea.”
