These exciting changes mark a major step forward for CFG as it continues to expand operations, strengthen its partnerships and celebrate the people who make it all possible.
CFG is thrilled to announce the following leadership promotions:
- FJ Trzuskowski has been promoted to vice president of Farms, leading operations across all CFG farms and overseeing product quality, innovation and long-term agricultural strategy. With years of industry experience and a deep passion for people and plants alike, FJ continues to bring vision and energy to CFG’s growing footprint.
- Yerandy Palenzuela has been promoted to vice president of sales and joins the CFG executive team. One of CFG’s earliest employees, Yerandy’s leadership, customer-first approach and commitment to his team have been instrumental in building CFG’s commercial success and trusted partnerships.
- Troy Cahill has been promoted to director of sales, leading the wholesale and retail programs and supporting customer relationships across key customer accounts. Known for his energy, humor and drive, Troy represents CFG’s next generation of leadership in the floral industry.
