Braga Fresh to showcase innovation and sustainability at the Global Produce and Floral Show
Braga Fresh, home of Josie’s Organics, exhibits at the International Fresh Produce Association’s 2025 Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, Oct. 17-18. The company debuts as og companies with organic girl and Dole Fresh Vegetables/Bud Antle through the recent Arable Capital acquisition and merger in the Grower Shipper Pavilion, Hall D, booth No. 1067.
Braga Fresh put a spotlight on innovation with the launch of two new Josie’s Organics premium salad kits: Berry Balsamic and Sweet & Smoky BBQ. “These additions expand Josie’s Organics portfolio with variety and unique flavor combinations using organic baby lettuce salad blends that continue to deliver the convenient salad kit options for health minded consumers,” said Shannon Yamada, senior director product development.
The company also showcasees its Braga Farms lineup of nine chopped salad kit flavors, offering retailers a complete set of core and unique flavors.
Beyond product innovation, Braga Fresh is hosting an IFPA show floor tour focused on regenerative agriculture. This educational experience is designed to foster visibility, dialogue and learning around regenerative farming practices. Braga shares its Carbon Capture Farming approach with its recent regenerative certification of 65.5 acres farming Josie’s Organic romaine hearts and sweet baby broccoli, and its long-term commitment to sustainability and climate solutions.
“For Braga Fresh, innovation is always balanced with responsibility,” said Kori Tuggle, vice president marketing and product development. “We are excited to bring new flavors to the marketplace while also showcasing how regenerative agriculture can make large-scale farming a force for good.”
