B&W Quality Growers showcasing expanding portfolio
B&W Quality Growers is one of the largest producers of unique leafy greens in the world, including watercress, arugula, spinach and kale. With more than 150 years of expertise in growing these sought-after greens, the company guarantees exceptional quality and a reliable supply, all backed by world-class customer service.
Later this month, the company’s sales leadership team will be heading to the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show. B&W have built its strategy around engaging with current partners while opening doors to new opportunities.
“B&W has been farming leafy greens since 1870, and IFPA is always a key event for us,” said Anna Klawitter, marketing manager of the Fellsmere, FL-based company. “This year we are showcasing our expanded portfolio including Power4 with red watercress and our new baby green kale. Our goals are to connect with retail and foodservice partners, highlight how our products deliver both nutrition and versatility and reinforce why B&W is a trusted grower with zero product recalls in its history.”
B&W will be at booth No. 1245 along with Fresh from Florida! Visitors will see live product displays of watercress, red watercress, baby arugula, baby spinach, Power4 and baby green kale.
“We will have chef-inspired applications, video content highlighting our farming practices and plenty of conversation about how B&W delivers convenience, consistency and nutrition,” Klawitter said.
Wellness and convenience remain top of mind for B&W, with consumers looking for nutrient-dense foods that are ready to eat.
“All our products are triple-washed, air-tunnel dried and ready to eat,” Klawitter said. “Sustainability is also a major focus with a strong commitment to supporting our workforce.”
At the show, B&W leaders expect to discuss the role of leafy greens in health and wellness, the growing interest in nutrient-rich blends like Power4, and the importance of sustainability practices.
“Networking is critical,” Klawitter said. “A large part of our growth comes from building trust-based relationships with chefs, retailers and distributors. IFPA brings the entire industry together, making it the ideal setting to strengthen existing partnerships and create new ones. A successful show is one where people leave our booth remembering B&W’s story: over 150 years of farming, zero recalls and leafy greens that deliver both flavor and safety. If we have sparked excitement about our new products and laid the foundation for long-term relationships, that is a win.”
The company is proud about the innovation of Power4 with red watercress, which has brought chefs and retailers something new to work with, and Baby Green Kale is being celebrated for its softer, milder taste. Both products reflect how B&W is leading the leafy greens category forward.
“Our goals in the year ahead are to expand retail presence, strengthen foodservice partnerships and continue educating the market on the health benefits of leafy greens,” Klawitter said. “We plan to achieve this through chef collaborations, consumer-focused campaigns and a continued commitment to consistency and food-safety. We are a team dedicated to producing leafy greens that customers can rely on every day,” Klawitter said. “From watercress to Power4 to Baby Green Kale, our focus is on flavor, nutrition and trust. As we move into 2026, we will continue to build on our legacy with innovation, responsibility, and care for our customers and the communities we serve.”
