¡Yo Quiero! to feature new additions to product line at IFPA Global Show
The IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show is a launching pad for new products, and this year Fresh Innovations LLC will be featuring the newest additions to its popular ¡Yo Quiero! line.
Tara Murray, vice president of marketing for Fresh Innovations, based in Rhome, TX, said the ¡Yo Quiero! booth would be brimming with the brand’s beloved guacamole as well as improved white dips with a spicy flair of jalapeño and a new candied jalapeño peppers offering.
“We’ll have our authentic Mexico-inspired guacamole, which comes in original and spicy and is full of chunky avocados and the right amount of spice for each respective heat level,” said Murray. “For our white dips, we are introducing a new Jalapeño Ranch and a Candied Jalapeño Dip that are both creamy and cravable and have a great kick of heat from the jalapeño!”
Murray added that the company’s candied jalapeños, which she said are “full of flavor and go on anything,” will also be available for attendees to sample.
“Our candied jalapeños are a huge hit in our home state of Texas, and we are excited to share them with retailers and consumers across the country,” said Murray. “They go great on sliders, on top of a pizza, in chili or just poured over a block of cream cheese and served with your favorite crackers.”
Murray said ¡Yo Quiero! loves welcoming visitors to its booth and she knows they come with an expectation for good eats and exciting displays.
“We all know the pairing of dips with chips, but we like to take it up a notch and show how our dips can expand into toppers and spreads, and this year will be no different,” said Murray. “We have gourmet chefs ready to make delicious food items that will showcase the amazing flavors, taste and textures of our dips.”
Murray said the dip category is becoming increasingly competitive, which requires Fresh Innovations to find ways to stand out. Aside from monitoring trends and developing new products based on consumer preferences, the company also tries to leverage its reputation for providing the best customer service possible.
“We are very lucky since our retail partners are just that — partners,” said Murray. “We stay in constant contact with them to learn how we can create and provide excellent customer service, products and marketing that allows them to have an engaging shelf full of products that sell.”
Additionally, she said that the ¡Yo Quiero! team comprised of industry experts is small, nimble and able to provide solutions without all the red tape.
“We like the strategy we’ve built and we feel it’s the best way to provide the best service to our partners.”
Murray added that the location of this year’s show will enable the ¡Yo Quiero! team to visit with its West Coast partners.
“Our sales team has great relationships across the country, and being in California this year gives us the opportunity to invite our West Coast retail partners to visit with us at the show (booth No. 1417) and sample our delicious new items,” she said. “No matter where we go, face time with our partners is so important.”
Regarding 2026, Murray said, “We are always innovating! As we close out 2025 and plan for next year, I will say that we have some amazing things in the works. It could be line extensions … it could be more candied veggies. You’ll just have to wait and see!”
