Pure Flavor is eager to launch an upcoming consumer-facing campaign designed to ignite creativity in the kitchen and drive tomato sales this fall: Rocco’s Sauce Night – The Secret’s in the Sauce. Centered on the premium Rocco Reds – The Chef’s Tomato, this integrated social media and retail campaign aims to connect consumers through storytelling, shared kitchen moments and authentic cooking experiences rooted in tomato sauce traditions.
Rocco’s Sauce Night is all about bringing home cooks and food lovers together to share the stories that bring their tomato sauce recipes to life. From treasured family recipes to modern twists, the initiative celebrates togetherness and creativity in the kitchen, all starring Rocco Reds tomatoes as the essential ingredient. Participants will share photos and videos using the hashtag #MyRoccoSauce and tag @PureFlavor for a chance to win a grand prize at the campaign’s conclusion.
The campaign kicks off mid-October and runs through mid-November. It invites everyone to connect over the joy of home cooking by sharing what makes their recipes special. Retailers are encouraged to place their fall production orders early to ensure product availability and access to promotional materials.
In-store, Pure Flavor will equip retailers with a full range of eye-catching, customizable marketing campaign materials including engaging displays, recipe cards, bold POS displays and signage, and QR codes that instantly connect shoppers to contest details and recipe inspiration. These tools are designed to grab consumers’ attention, spark their curiosity and turn everyday shoppers into excited participants. They enable retailers to drive sales by bringing the authentic flavor, excitement and story of Rocco Reds directly to shoppers.

Supporting the effort, Pure Flavor has collaborated with a select group of food creators who are receiving specially curated Rocco Sauce Kits to inspire authentic content across Instagram and Facebook. These influencers will spotlight the simplicity and joy of creating tomato sauce with Rocco Reds, encouraging their audiences to join the conversation and share their own sauce moments.
Adding a layer of authenticity, the company’s own employees, from growers to packers, will share their personal stories about their signature sauces as part of the campaign. This internal activation deepens the brand’s message about real people and real food.
