Dulcinea Farms reinforces leadership
Dulcinea Farms has reinforced its leadership with the appointment of Luzius Caviezel as general manager and Keith Kato as senior vice president of sales and marketing. The new management structure places a strong emphasis on sales and marketing, concentrating on key retail customers and the continued growth of the brand.
"I am excited about the opportunity to lead the team at Dulcinea Farms," Mr. Caviezel said in a press release. "With a focus on streamlining processes to improve efficiencies and enhance innovation, my management and leadership goal is to exceed the expectations of consumers and business partners. In addition to introducing new and innovative products, we will also look to further develop packaging for convenience and preservation of the product quality and taste."
Prior to joining Dulcinea, Mr. Caviezel was global head of branded fresh produce for Syngenta. He brings 20 years of experience in building successful start-up companies and managing global businesses, and he has successfully developed agricultural businesses in West Africa and Eastern Europe. Additionally, his experiences in managing global processes in production, research, sales and marketing will influence the continued success of Dulcinea Farms.
As senior vice president of sales and marketing, Mr. Kato brings vast experience in branded consumer goods. He has dedicated the last five years to building Dulcinea's quality and brand recognition, and he will be instrumental in delivering Dulcinea's brand promise and growing retailer and consumer awareness of Dulcinea's products.
