“The Washington/Oregon Potato Conference continues to be the premier event for the potato industry in the Northwest,” said Ryan Holterhoff, director of marketing and industry affairs for the Washington State Potato Commission. “Participants enjoy the numerous connections they are able to make with those throughout the industry and the knowledge and information that is shared through the general session and other training opportunities during the conference.”
“Last year, the conference had 133 different exhibitor booths, and this year we have been able to see that number grow to 172,” he stated. “This will be the most exhibitors that have ever been able to participate in the conference and highlights the great interest there is to be part of the conference.”
An early bird reception is planned during the evening of Jan. 25. The list of general sessions is lengthy, giving attendees an opportunity to glean detailed information on a host of topics during the convention.
