Sales team grows at Lakeside Organic Gardens
Lakeside Organic Gardens announced that Hugo Raygoza and Jordan Stidham have joined its sales team in Watsonville, CA.
“Our organic business has never been better," Brian Peixoto, sales manager, said in a press release. "As our customer base grows, we need sales people who understand how to sell organic produce. With these new team members, the entire sales team will be able to focus more on what’s important, the needs of our customers. Hiring people new to the organic industry is something I strongly believe in. Being able to train and mold someone into the employee we want to represent our company is much easier when you have a clean slate. We are looking forward to the future of our sales team and Lakeside Organic Gardens as a whole.”
After 15 years of working at Costco Wholesale in Santa Cruz, Raygoza will break into the produce business. He has an extensive background in customer service, merchandising and driving sales. Raygoza’s work experience and drive will transfer seamlessly to his position at Lakeside. When not working, Raygoza enjoys spending time with his two daughters and an occasional game of golf. He has been a lifetime Watsonville resident.
Stidham comes to Lakeside Organics after spending 13 years in the hospitality business at local Santa Cruz County restaurant, Palapas. Born in Santa Cruz, CA, and raised in Watsonville, he received a bachelor's degree in humanities and communication from California State University-Monterey Bay and a master’s degree from Liberty University. In his time off, Stidham enjoys playing golf, basketball and writing. He currently lives in La Selva Beach, CA, with his wife, Jardon, and their two dogs, Posey and Lola.
