Christopher Ranch LLC, headquartered in Gilroy, CA, is inviting existing and prospective customers to stop by its booth, No. 218, at the New York Produce Show and Convention for delicious garlic and mushroom recipe samplings.
“Again this year, we will be teaming our flavorful garlic with the wonderful products from Giorgio Fresh mushrooms to offer delicious samplings to visitors to our booth,” said Anthony M. DeAngelis, director, Northeast Division, for Christopher Ranch. “These chef-inspired garlic and mushroom recipes are created by Chef Barry Sexton, who will be at our booth throughout the show.”
Christopher Ranch, he added, continues to support its platform of providing its key customers with year-round superior heirloom California garlic and other specialty items. In addition to garlic in numerous formats and sizes, the extensive line is comprised of shallots, ginger, specialty onions, pestos and much more.
“We will be sharing the domestic garlic outlook for this season with our customers at the show,” noted DeAngelis. “We have exhibited at every New York Produce Show since its inception, and we look forward to this opportunity again this year.”
He added that the company views the show as a great regional expo.
“We get value from not only the interaction with our local customers and buyers, but also from the fact that the event brings in other local prospects that present additional sales opportunities right here in our own market area,” said DeAngelis.
He pointed out that while it is a busy time of the year for the industry, the venue and backdrop of New York City make it highly attractive for attendees.
“And the show floor is very active every year,” he added.
