J&J Family of Farms announces three promotions
J&J Family of Farms, a Loxahatchee, FL-based grower that specializes in growing cucumbers, Bell peppers, squash, tomatoes and eggplant, announced three promotions.
Bill Hoover has been promoted to director of operations, with the duty of planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities to deliver superior service to it customer-partners.

“Bill’s operational knowledge and experience are a key component in the success of the ongoing operational improvement initiatives currently underway at J&J,” Tom Travers, chief operating officer of J&J Family of Farms, said in a statement.
Christy Cunningham
Christy Cunningham will be taking on the new role of product development and marketing manager, where she will lead and manage all efforts in public relations and marketing, including trade, direct customer, direct consumer and food shows.

Chris Coffman, senior vice president of marketing and strategy of J&J, commented, “We are excited to support Christy as she utilizes her talents and capabilities to expand our new product offerings and marketing programs to enhance our value proposition in the marketplace.”
After several years as sales coordinator, Scott Payne has been promoted to a new position as supply chain manager, where he will direct, coordinate, monitor and manage the movement of product from farm, grower and vendor sources through our distribution network to ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
