Foxy's BroccoLeaf
At Chopt Creative Salad Co., BroccoLeaf is being used in one of its current “Destination Salads,” which are rotating two-month specials inspired by a particular destination that is meant to introduce customers to a new menu item and unique ingredients. BroccoLeaf is featured in “The Berkley Bowl,” marinated BroccoLeaf and kale, avocado, charred red onion, chickpeas, celery and rye berry and quinoa blend dressed with lemon tahini and a drizzle of kale pesto. The Berkley Bowl is available in all 31 restaurants until late October.
JRINK offers the “Stateside Superfood,” a green, slightly sweet juice with light texture that is made with BroccoLeaf, wheatgrass, coconut cream, coconut water, vanilla bean, cucumber, pear and lime. The “Stateside Superfood” is made to be a bone builder, immune supporter and keep one’s PH in check. It is available for purchase online and in stores.
At Organic Gemini, BroccoLeaf is a key ingredient in the TigerNut Horchata + Green, a beverage made with cold-pressed, naturally sweet, nutrient dense TigerNuts in biodynamically filtered water that is married with leafy super green BroccoLeaf. The TigerNut Horchata + Green is available in stores and online.
