Vision Produce promotes Caldwell and Nichols
Vision Produce Co. has promoted John Caldwell to Arizona division manager/vice president and Lance Nichols to Phoenix sales manager.
Caldwell had been vice president of sales-Arizona. "John will be instrumental in growing our f.o.b. Nogales sales business as we expand into additional grower direct deals," the company said in a press release.
John Caldwell "He will be partnering with Allan Acosta, vice president of operations, as we seek additional grower partners and continue our motto to be 'Your Direct Link to the Grower.'"
Nichols had been in sales at Vision's Arizona office and has been with the company since January.
Lance Nichols He has contributed immensely to the sales and leadership in its Phoenix office. Before Vision, Nichols was part of the procurement and sales team for Legend Distributing. Prior to that, he held increasingly responsible positions with Del Monte Fresh Produce and Safeway Stores.
“Lance brings to the position a broad range of experience, long-standing excellent relationships, and a high degree of professionalism," Bill Vogel, president of Vision Produce Co., said in a press release. "His contribution to the Phoenix office will allow us to move forward in expanding our Nogales and f.o.b. sales operations, on which John Caldwell will focus. These changes are a large step in the direction of our long term goal of reaching closer to our source of supply.”
