Well-Pict’s summer promotion, “Where Will Your Berries Take You?” is designed to drive consumer purchase as well as offering consumers the chance to win their way to a concert of their choice.
The promotion kicks off July 1 and ends July 31. Retailers can order their free materials now through June 5, at wellpict.com/poskit. Consumers can enter Well-Pict's contest for the chance to win one of four $50 gas gift cards and a grand prize of a $500 Ticketmaster gift card.
“A dynamic display of perfectly displayed Well-Pict strawberries is one thing, but when you add an extra special summer promotion inspired by summer travel and concerts, summer promotions become profitable,” Dan Crowley, Well-Pict's vice president of sales and marketing, said in a press release. “With spring berries being exceptional and the summer berry outlook being even greater, this year’s profitable summer promotion creates even more excitement.”
Point-of-sale materials include a poster, price bar dangler, display card, recipe tear-off pad and floor decal that direct consumers to an engaging enter-to-win contest on Instagram. Customers can share a summer travel selfie photo with the hashtag #wellpictsummerjam to participate.
The company said with or without the summer promotion, this year’s berries are a testament to Well-Pict’s true berry taste. Crowley shares that the early warm weather has made for exceptionally flavorful Well-Pict berries this spring and an outstanding outlook for perfect summer berries. The early warm weather, in addition to the unique characteristics of the California coast’s warm days and cool nights, has brought peak quality in May and expectations for a promising summer crop.
