Country Fresh Mushroom’s Lisa Mace promoted to sales and customer service manager
Bob Besix, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Country Fresh Mushroom Co., headquartered in Avondale, PA, said that Lisa Mace, who joined its transportation team in July of 2013, has been promoted to sales and customer service manager.
Country Fresh Mushroom Farms’ Lisa Mace, was recently promoted to sales and customer service manager.“Last September Lisa moved into our sales and customer service department,” said Besix. “To continue our recent momentum and energetic leadership, we are proud to announce that Lisa has recently been promoted to sales and customer service manager. She brings 19 years of produce experience in sales, customer service and transportation to our team. Country Fresh Mushroom Co. believes in developing talent within the company and utilizing that expertise to add to our management team.”
He explained that the holidays were challenging as demand peaked to an all-time high for Country Fresh Mushroom, and it expects this trend to continue.
“As more consumers look for healthier solutions they are becoming better educated as to the benefits of adding mushrooms to their menu,” said Besix. “Supporting the increase of mushrooms in home use, we are seeing more mushroom mentions on restaurant menus which are adding to the demand.”
Joining Besix and Mace at Booth No. 102 at the 2015 Southern Exposure trade show at the Caribe Royale All Suite Hotel & Convention Center in Orlando, FL, on Feb. 26-28, will be: President and Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Busch; Southeast Regional Manager, Kirk Wilson; and Midwest Regional Sales Manager, Dave Santucci.

It gives us the opportunity to engage in a one-on-one environment, not only to educate but also to discuss what is happening within our industry.”
