Veg-Fresh Farms expands national restaurant solutions division team
Building on the momentum of its new facility opening and the launch of the "Crystal Cove Berry" label, Veg-Fresh Farms has added Jeff Davis to its national restaurant solutions division. Davis joins the team as a sales manager in the growing division. He is a 15-year fresh produce industry veteran based in California's Salinas Valley. He brings extensive packing, distribution, and client-side foodservice experience to the Veg-Fresh Farms team.
Davis joins key members of the NRSD -- including Joe Marchese, Geoff Bell and Monica Medrano -- in servicing 41 distribution centers in 30 states that support and supply Veg-Fresh Farms’ restaurant customers.
“Jeff will be an integral player in the growth of our National Restaurant Solutions Division," Randy Cancellieri, Veg-Fresh general partner, said in a press release. “His varied experience will enable him to immediately begin developing and delivering with innovative solutions that align with our customers’ strategies.”
The Veg-Fresh Farms NSDR manages the distribution of a full line of fresh produce from production areas to regional markets throughout the United States. This division also grows and processes multiple commodities in the Yuma, AZ, Central California, and Salinas Valley growing regions.
