Church Bros. bolsters staff in several departments
Church Bros., a leading grower-processor-shipper of more than 500 fresh vegetable SKUs, recently hired several employees to assist multiple operations within the company.
Joe Albaugh joined Church Bros. as a national sales representative focusing on the foodservice segment of the business.
Joe Albaugh Albaugh is a produce industry veteran; he was most recently a partner and director of business development at ProSource Produce in Hailey, ID.
Prior to ProSource, Albaugh had regional sales experience at Del Monte, Tanimura & Antle and Taylor Farms. He will report to Vince Ballesteros, vice president business development.

Junior Silva “This is a terrific move for me and my family, and I can’t wait to get to work.”
Junior Silva joined the company as procurement manager. He will report to Pradeep Hadavale, vice president supply chain.
Silva has more than 15 years experience in packaging, purchasing and materials management with Dole Fresh Vegetables and Chiquita/Fresh Express.
Kate Burr
Kate Burr, a graduate of Oregon State University, is the new quality and food-safety specialist. She will be reporting to Drew McDonald, vice president of quality, food safety and regulatory affairs.
Sophie CalhounThe fourth new addition to Church Bros. is Sophie Calhoun, who graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in December. She is a new sales assistant reporting to Vice President of Sales Jeff Church.
