Duda Farm Fresh Produce to showcase fresh-cut celery and radish lines at the NYPS
“Duda Farm Fresh Foods has exhibited at the New York Produce Show and Conference since its inception and we will be there again this year,” said Nichole Towell, marketing director for the Oviedo, FL-based company. “We are really looking forward to this show. Each year it proves to be an even bigger success in terms of the foot traffic and types of people visiting. And each year we look forward to meeting with our existing customers in the Northeast and meeting new faces to formulate long lasting relationships.”
The company will be showcasing its fresh-cut celery and radish lines, as well as its full citrus line of Meyer lemons, Navel oranges, clementines and grapefruits at Booth No. 563.
Today, after an 86 year history as a leading grower, shipper and marketer of high-quality products, Duda Farm Fresh Foods continues its vision to provide freshness, flavor and quality products at an affordable price.
“This is still our primary goal,” said Towell. “Andrew Duda, our founder, had a vision that has been passed down to five generations of family members who strive for excellence and continue to keep the family’s farming business running strong. Duda Farm Fresh Foods has primary locations in Florida, Texas, California, Arizona, Georgia, New Jersey and Michigan.”
Towell noted that New York City is a major “foodie” city.
“It’s the mecca of what is new and exciting in the food world,” she said. “The New York Produce Show creates an ideal opportunity to meet with buyers, and also to learn what is on-trend and up-and-coming within the food industry. Our team couldn’t be more excited about going to New York in December when the city is decorated for the holiday season,” she said.
Towell also added that Duda Farm Fresh Foods’ Fresh Cut division of value-added products is growing and has become an increasingly important segment for the company’s retail and foodservice clients.
“Our value-added items will definitely be on hand for visitors to the New York Produce Show to view,” she added.
