'Wonderful Halos' Mandarins launch
"Wonderful Halos" Mandarins, a palm-sized sweet, seedless and easy-to-peel fruit, launched Nov. 11.
Grown exclusively in California, "Halos" Mandarins are filled with “pure goodness,” are non-GMO and perfect for kids of all ages, the company said in a press release.
"Wonderful Halos" are available in three-pound bags, five-pound bags and five-pound boxes in the produce aisle of grocery, mass and club stores nationwide.
Halos are grown by Paramount Citrus, one of the larger citrus growers in the United States, and brought to consumers by the people who grow Wonderful pistachios and POM Wonderful pomegranates.
“A big focus for us” currently, said Paramount Citrus President David Krause, is the launch of the “Wonderful Halos” brand Mandarins.
The “Wonderful Halos” program will be heavily promoted with a consumer campaign. It will include 30-second television spots run nationally. “I think the creative is fantastic, and we are very excited to be having that launch,” he said.
In addition to television, there will be a print campaign, social media, and a new website launch. “We’ve got a lot of exciting stuff coming out around ‘Wonderful Halos,’“ he added.
