Brighter Bites, a nonprofit organization that delivers fresh fruits and vegetables directly into families’ hands, will continue partnering with the Houston Food Bank, its most critical and longest-standing Houston-area partner, to help serve families in need of fresh food.

Throughout the month of February, Hy-Vee’s team of registered dietitians will host free, weekly virtual events – including store tours, adult cooking classes and live Q&As – to provide education about ways to shop and cook to promote heart health.

February 3-7: Heart Health Store Tour
Hy-Vee dietitians will lead a virtual Heart Health Store Tour through the aisles of Hy-Vee, while sharing the basics of a heart healthy meal plan. Shopping tips and product recommendations to help add more nutrition to the shopping list and meal plan are included.  

Grimmway Farms has hired Keri Morrelli as product innovation and development director. Joining the sales and marketing team, Morrelli will oversee product development from ideation to launch for all divisions at Grimmway, one of the largest carrot producers in the world and one of the largest organic vegetable producers in the United States.
