ZAG recognized for innovation, technical expertise and exceptional service
ZAG Technical Services, an IT consulting firm, has started the year strong reinforcing its role as a trusted technology advisor, with three awards for dedication and contributions to agriculture in the technology space.
Last month, CRN Magazine, a trusted source for IT channel news, analyses and insights, named ZAG an MSP Pioneer 250 company to its Managed Service Provider 500 list. Organizations named to the MSP Pioneer 250 have largely built their business model around providing managed services.
All MSP 500 lists recognize top technology providers and consultants whose forward-thinking approach to providing managed services is changing the landscape of the IT channel. This was ZAG’s sixth year in a row on the MSP 500 and eighth appearance, overall.
Jennifer Follett, VP of US content and executive editor CRN, The Channel Co., emphasized the significance of managed services for businesses at various scales, said, "Managed services provide a route for businesses of all sizes to maintain efficiency and adaptability throughout their growth journey. The solution providers featured in our 2024 MSP 500 list are introducing cutting-edge managed services portfolios to the market.”
In February, ZAG was also named to Cloudtango’s MSP Select list, as a top managed service provider. MSP Select honors MSPs in the United States that deliver technical excellence and innovation that exceed customer expectations. This was ZAG’s third consecutive year on the MSP Select list.
“Exceptional customer service isn't just about metrics; it's about surpassing expectations, embodying innovation andinspiring confidence," said Jordi Vilanova, managing director at Cloudtango. "We chose ZAG because it consistently achieves exceptional results, setting a benchmark for excellence in the industry."
For its inaugural Hybrid Solution Provider 250 list, Channel Insider, a TechnologyAdvice brand, recognized ZAG as one of the most progressive IT solution providers in North America based on their commitment to advanced technologies and client success.
To be considered an HSP, a business must continue to adapt to changes in customer consumption requirements, complexity in emerging technologies and stakeholder approval — with the ultimate goal of becoming a better partner for its clients.
“Channel Insider is committed to enabling the connection between best-in-class IT Solution Providers, such as those recognized on the HSP250 list, and the worldwide users and decision makers who benefit from their expertise,” commented said Rob Bellenfant, CEO of TechnologyAdvice. “Through this annual list, we provide yet another way for IT buyers to find the right support for their most urgent technology-related initiatives.”
With deep, personal and professional roots in agriculture, ZAG’s efforts to optimize and secure the food supply chain are more than a mission. “We understand this industry well and the challenges facing today’s grower/shipper, including labor shortages, resource scarcity, small margins and cyber threats,” said Greg Gatzke, ZAG CEO. “Technology plays a big role in helping agriculture alleviate those pain points.”
