The conditions across the West settled into mild temperatures for a couple weeks. Now the forecast is predicting that a storm is brewing for many locations, including snow in Northern and Central California. Coastal Southern California is expecting one to four inches of rain this Thursday and Friday.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture filed an administrative complaint against Frozen Food Development Inc. for alleged violations of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act. The company, operating from Pennsylvania, allegedly failed to make payment promptly to 22 produce sellers in the amount of $2.48 million from July 2021 through June 2022.
