Kim Lane, with 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record in recruitment, will lead the new division as Permanent Recruitment Manager. Under her leadership, the division will not only provide traditional recruitment services but will also facilitate access to a broader pool of qualified candidates through skilled worker visas. These visas, which allow individuals to enter the UK for five years, are available for roles listed on the Home Office eligible occupations list. This additional service further reinforces Pro-Force's dedication to offering long-term talent solutions to growing industries.
