Indoor Ag-Con and Sollum Technologies named the recipients of the inaugural Sollum Student Scholarship to Indoor Ag-Con: Erica Hernandez and Brandan Shur. These two PhD students, both conducting research in controlled environment agriculture, will receive an all-expense-paid opportunity to attend the March 11-12 edition of Indoor Ag-Con at the Westgate Las Vegas.

Indoor Ag-Con is partnering with Sollum Technologies, a pioneer in dynamic LED lighting solutions for controlled environment agriculture, to launch the Sollum Student Scholarship to Indoor Ag-Con. Sponsored by Sollum Technologies, this scholarship offers a unique opportunity for two college students to attend the March 11-12 edition of Indoor Ag-Con at the Westgate Las Vegas.

The Controlled Environment Agriculture Alliance and the Indoor Ag-Con LLC management group announced that the Alliance will hold its 2025 annual meeting in conjunction with Indoor Ag-Con and contribute to the educational program at the event in Las Vegas, March 11-12, 2025.

“Indoor Ag-Con has become one of the most important events of the year for CEA growers,” said CEA Alliance Executive Director Tom Stenzel. “We’re excited to hold our annual business meeting at the show, facilitating the participation of our member growers and their business partners in this event.”

The second annual South American Blueberry Convention will be held at the Monticello Conference Center in San Francisco de Mostazal, Chile, on April 18. The event is organized by the International Blueberry Organization and sponsored by ProArandanos from Peru, ABC from Argentina, Upefruy from Uruguay and Aneberries from Mexico and seeks to contribute to collaboration and innovation in the face of the challenges of a complex market but full of opportunities and learnings.
