Spice World believes that good business delivers tasty results. Founded in 1949, it continues to prove that integrity and innovation harvest incredible quality. From the fertile soil of its farm in the San Joaquin Valley in California to its coast-to-coast distribution and leading-edge processing plants, Spice World consistently delivers the freshest, most flavorful supply of garlic nationwide.
“Today, we are the largest supplier of garlic to America’s supermarkets and provide outstanding service to our customers in all 50 states,” Hymel added. “We pride ourselves on producing and marketing the best quality under the sun.”
He noted that there’s nothing quite like fresh California produce. The climate is ideal, and especially for growing garlic.
“And when you have fertile soil like we do on our farmland in the San Joaquin Valley, you’re going to get a product that’s bursting with flavor,” Hymel pointed out. “From soil to seed to harvest and packaging, every step and every aspect is equally important when it comes to producing a product this good. Our California farm has been family owned and operated for generations. Our rich soil combined with our high standards and responsible farming helps us produce quality unlike any other.
“At Spice World we’re sowing seeds of change, sustainability and accountability so we can all have a healthier future,” Hymel continued. “We take great pride in the hard work we do to maintain the integrity of our farmland, its fertile soil and the incredible garlic we grow.”
Hymel said that the company is currently grading and packing its California garlic crop, noting that, “Our garlic looks very nice this year at our Coalinga, CA, facility, and we look forward to sharing this great news with all visitors at the NEPC Expo.”
