Produce veteran joins MCL Distributing
MCL Distributing Inc., a grower, shipper and distributor of "4-Earth? brand conventional and organic specialty produce, announced the hiring of Jeanette De-Coninck Hertzler as a senior account manager.
Ms. De-Coninck Hertzler brings to MCL over 19 years of sales experience at Frieda?s Inc., where she started in 1985 as a sales representative. First promoted in 1996 to national sales representative, she was elevated in 1998 to a key account manager and ended her tenure at Frieda?s as an account manager. She has extensive experience working with both retailers and wholesalers, and will focus her sales efforts promoting MCL?s "4-Earth? brand nationwide.
Born and raised near Maricopa, AZ, on a 400-acre farm, Ms. De-Coninck Hertzler has been involved in production agriculture her entire life, even spending her summers cutting hay and driving tractors. She also spent time working for Fisher Ranch, the Wilber Ellis Co. and the Ventura County Department of Agriculture.
Ms. De-Coninck Hertzler?s passion for produce sales began while attending California Poly-San Luis Obispo, where she graduated with a bachelor?s degree in agricultural management.
