MONTEREY, CA – The International Fresh Produce Association held its annual Foodservice Conference, here, July 30-Aug. 1, drawing more than 2,200 attendees including more than 1,000 buyers. The trade show on Aug. 1 was teeming with activity, and traffic remained heavy throughout the day. The event was notable for the growing involvement of field tour programs for chefs and K-12 operators.
