Setton Farms to highlight innovative pistachio flavors, unique displays
Setton Farms will have a lot to talk about with visitors to its booth at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show.
From the innovative flavors of its pistachio products to healthy snacking and the recent record-breaking California pistachio crop, Setton Farms has a positive message to bring to retail buyers.
Setton Farms will have its displays set up at booth No. 1418 on the IFPA show floor in Anaheim, CA, said Joseph Setton, executive vice president.
“This is a great time to see how Setton Farms unique displays can work for your store,” Setton said. “The produce section is often filled with a large variety of items and it can be visually distracting. Our displays are clean with sharp graphics and health callouts to catch the consumers’ eye.”
Each display can hold a variety of Setton Farms pistachio snacks such as the award-winning Seasoned Pistachio Kernel line and the more recently introduced Pistachio Pub Mix, featuring bold Buffalo Wing Seasoned Kernels, Setton said.
“For retailers with a tighter floor plan, these displays can hang from our Quarter Pallet Bin Display or existing shelving units,” he said.
The IFPA show delivers value to exhibitors because of the diversity of products and the buyers they attract, he said.
“The IFPA brings every aspect of the produce industry together under one roof, making it ideal for attendees to find anything and everything they need,” Setton said. “We love to exhibit at the IFPA show because it gives us a chance to reach a wide retail audience.”
Setton Farms will have sales and marketing team members from New York and California at the expo, with a variety of stock-keeping units and flavors for booth visitors to see and sample. Setton said the show floor is an ideal opportunity to introduce retailers and national broker teams to Setton Farms and its products.
“Our booth is set up with the latest displays and innovative products so our partners can see and touch everything, which makes a big difference,” he said. “It’s much easier to visualize how our displays can be placed within the produce section when you see them for yourself.”
Setton Farms is meeting several consumer trends with its pistachio snacks, Setton said. For one, its snacks highlight bold and unique flavors, such as its newest flavor, Tajin Clasico, a spice that features chili peppers, lime and sea salt. The other trend is the expanding availability of organic products.
“The nut section is expanding their organic selection and our Organic Inshell and Organic Kernels are the ideal way to fill the gap where pistachios would be,” Setton said.
