QIMA/WQS set to hold first in-person training of the year
QIMA/WQS announced its first in-person training of the year. The company offers solutions to the food industry from farm to fork through GFSI recognized certifications (BRCGS, GLOBALG.A.P., SQF, IFS), food-safety and ethical audits, quality seals, inspections, training and supply chain management.
Thomas Reid Watkins, the company's technical manager, has put together a GLOBALG.A.P. c/o FoodPLUS GmbH IFA v5.4 training, which came into effect July 2020.
This new version emphasizes on stricter audit protocols, hygiene, paperwork, and the regular training of auditors, inspectors, and GLOBALG.A.P. Farm Assurers.
This two-and-a-half-day training will cover:
- IFA 5.4 General Regulations: Normative documents covered will include General Regulations Parts I, II, III, and Crops Rules
- Control Points and Compliance Criteria: All control points in the AF/CB/FV modules, with references to Annexes in the CPCC normative document
The event is $700, which includes training material, snacks and lunch for the first two days.
