Four Seasons Produce Inc. announces executive promotions
Jason Hollinger has been named vice president of Four Seasons Produce Inc., where he also has served as general manager since 2012. Hollinger joined the buying group in 1999 as a seasonal local buyer and continued to serve in that role until August 2005. At that time, he and his wife Theresa took a sabbatical and moved their family to Costa Rica for a cultural and linguistic immersion in Spanish.

While in Costa Rica, an opportunity arose for Hollinger to attend INCAE Business School, a top-ranked business school in Latin America. He accepted that opportunity and earned his MBA over the subsequent two years. After graduating from INCAE, Hollinger returned to Four Seasons in August 2008 as assistant general manager of Earth Source Trading Inc., a subsidiary of Four Seasons Produce Inc. Hollinger worked with that team until accepting the role of director of procurement for Four Seasons Produce Inc. in December 2009.
Ken Mobley has been promoted to vice president of Earth Source Trading Inc., where he also serves as general manager. Mobley has an agriculture and sales background that includes both domestic and international farm work experience, as well as over 20 years in the produce business. He has been with Four Seasons Produce Inc. since 1999.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Mobley gained produce sales, buying, transportation and logistics experience as a produce buyer at L&M Produce Inc. in Jessup, MD, and as a produce sales representative with C.H. Robinson Inc., also in Jessup. He earned a master’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Washington State University.
Loretta Radanovic
Loretta Radanovic has been promoted to chief financial officer and vice president of Four Seasons Produce Inc. Radanovic began her career at Four Seasons in February 1997 as the company’s first controller. She was promoted in 2002 to serve as vice president of finance.
Prior to Four Seasons, Radanovic worked at Iceland Seafood Corp. for six years. Before entering corporate accounting, she worked for a public accounting firm for three years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Messiah College and earned the title of certified public accountant in 1990.
Radanovic is currently serving on United Fresh Produce Association’s Finance & Business Management Council, on the Audit Committee of Produce for Better Health Foundation, and PMA’s Budget & Finance Committee.
