Taylor Schuebel

Lytone Enterprises is committed to providing user-friendly products for extending post-harvest shelf life. The company recently launched a convenient kit that allows users to easily apply AnsiP-G, its 1-MCP portfolio, in storage rooms or transport trucks. This offers customers a flexible solution for preserving produce quality across various storage systems and space sizes, even while on the move.

AnsiP-G technology has been applied to a wide range of fruits and vegetables, both in the United States and internationally. The company has observed shelf-life extensions of two to three times longer for avocados, tomatoes, stone fruits and exotic varieties like mangoes, pineapples and dragon fruit.

This easy-to-use kit is beneficial for packers, whether or not they currently practice post-harvest protection. With no complicated steps involved, users can avoid labor issues and concerns about incorrect usage. The kit also allows for dynamic dosage applications, catering to the different requirements of various produce categories, making it a versatile option for the diverse market.

The kit's design is a collaborative effort between Lytone's development team and valuable feedback from customers. Lytone expressed gratitude to its customers for their ongoing trust and insights and remains dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation.

Lytone will be presenting the kit and its complete application system at the Global Produce & Floral Show in Atlanta, located at booth No. BC1023.
