autumn ripeAs the air cools and harvest season starts to taper down, Mountain View Fruit Sales is ready to distribute its late-season peaches and nectarines. The company is excited to introduce its new late peach brand, Autumnripe, which will be available throughout October as a final celebration of the season.

The volume of stone fruit in California is up this year, and Mountain View Fruit anticipates a longer season compared to last year. The company expanded its acreage during the off-season, enhancing its early supply. Additionally, more favorable growing conditions this year are contributing to the extended season.

“Our late-season peaches and nectarines have been maturing all season and are now ready for harvest,” said Krista Beckstead, Mountain View Fruit director of marketing. “The extended time they spend on the tree sets them apart, making them some of the most special stone fruit of the year.”

October also marks the beginning of Mountain View Fruit's citrus season, starting with its Rascals brand mandarins.

Meanwhile, the grape season, which began in mid-July, is going strong, showcasing high-quality fruit thanks to this year's growing conditions.

Mountain View Fruit looks forward to connecting with industry friends and partners at IPFA, where they will be at booth No. C2351, highlighting its Autumnripe peaches, grapes and citrus.
