SpartanNash holds vacation-themed Spring Trade Show

e2MINNEAPOLIS — “Destination Savings” was the vacation theme during the SpartanNash Spring Trade Show Feb. 20-21 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Teams from the produce, grocery, bakery/deli and meat departments were challenged to choose a country and decorate displays to that theme. Around 750 vendors exhibited their products in 250 booths on the show floor, featuring recreated landmarks from France, Italy, Great Britain and Mexico. Retail store customers discussed business with vendors, discovered creative merchandising ideas and learned about new trends in the food industry.
