The Society of American Florists recently held its 2023 annual convention Sept. 6 - 9 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ. The event was a resounding success, bringing together over 400 floral professionals from various industry segments to experience three days of world-class business training, creative inspiration and networking opportunities. Attendees had access to 23 educational sessions that covered a wide range of topics such as consumer buying behavior, capitalizing on trends, marketing automation, building brand loyalty, succession planning, employee development and much more.
