SEPC exhibitors in tune in Music City
NASHVILLE, TN – The Southeast Produce Council held its annual Southern Innovations Organics & Foodservice Expo Sept. 12-14, here, enabling exhibitors to feature the latest additions to their organic and foodservice categories.
The event, held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, included a number of training sessions on Sept. 12, followed by an opening reception that evening. On Sept. 13, two educational workshops kicked off the morning followed by a general session that featured a presentation by former Chick-Fil-A marketing executive Steve Robinson. Armed with Robinson’s insights about the runaway success of Chick-Fil-A, attendees descended upon the trade show floor to see the exhibitors’ latest offerings.
