If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, I would definitely choose pizza. Why? Besides it being delicious and super easy to make, it also never gets boring. There are so many varieties of pizza to make with different toppings, sauces, cheeses and crusts.
This Spinach, Garlic & Chives Pizza will practically melt in your mouth. It’s that good! I think it’s the perfect combination of flavours.
The best part, in my opinion, is the sauce. It’s actually Litehouse® Spinach Dip! I was inspired to make this recipe after buying the dip for some veggies. I thought this would taste SO GOOD on pizza. And I was right. It’s incredible!
I like to use refrigerated pizza dough because it saves me time in the kitchen. It’s just as good, in my opinion, and I don’t have to make a big mess when I’m making dinner. I love recipe shortcuts.
Extra virgin olive oil and Litehouse® Freeze Dried Garlic is brushed on the crust first. It infuses the flavour into the crust giving it a garlic bread-like taste. I adore garlic so this step was a must for me. Don’t worry, it’s not overpowering. It’s mild and perfect.
