Side Delights to showcase Amazables! at IFPA Global
Fresh Solutions Network LLC will exhibit and sample its new Amazables! oven-style crispy potatoes from the microwave and custom Litehouse sauces at the International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce and Floral Show in booth No. B1938.
Fresh Solutions Network's exhibiting partners include Basin Gold Cooperative, NoKota Packers, Michael Family Farms, Masser Family of Cos. and Mack Farms.
Show attendees will sample Amazables! on both days during the show while interacting with new in-store retail merchandising and marketing assets, including Amazables! branded floor merchandisers, in-store POS support, and more. Amazables! are 100 percent gluten-free available with sauces created to complement the taste of a Russet potato and leverage top foodservice flavors. The Loaded Potato sauce features the flavors of traditional steakhouse-loaded baked potato toppings, cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream and chives, and the Buffalo Ranch sauce blends the heat of classic Buffalo sauce with the cool taste of ranch dressing.
Fresh Solutions Network will also showcase its Side Delights inspired portfolio of fresh potatoes and onions. The Side Delights portfolio was created in response to data reflecting what retail shoppers want in a potato category. A full assortment of value-bagged, value-added, convenience and petite potatoes anchor the Side Delights offering.
Visitors to the booth can also inquire about Side Delights BioFlex sustainable packaging line. "Currently, we are the only produce supplier of the material in the U.S. BioFlex packaging, which converts to soil and gas in a landfill. It is sustainable, 100 percent recyclable, and should be comingled with existing plastic recycling, making it easy for consumers to dispose of and a positive alternative for Mother Earth," said Kathleen Triou, president and CEO of Fresh Solutions Network.
Furthering Side Delights sustainability efforts, SPUDS less-than-perfect potatoes were added to the potato portfolio in 2023. SPUDS is part of the Fresh Solutions Network commitment to improving sustainable food management practices and reducing food waste. Beyond the sustainability benefits, shoppers will also save money on the “less-than-perfect” potatoes, an additional benefit.
