Foster Caviness announces leadership changes
Foster Caviness Co., a premiere foodservice and supply chain solution organization with more than 120 years of history and service to the Carolinas, is making several leadership changes, effective May 16.
After 37 years of leading the company as president/member, Paul Lieb will be assuming the new role of chairman of the board. He said he will remain active within the business he loves and will continue to be a liaison for the company within the local community and the produce industry.
With 28 years of leading and guiding Foster Caviness also as owner/member, Vice President Jeff Gorelick will move into a principal role. He will continue to be involved in providing guidance as the company continues to grow in the foodservice and supply chain arena.
Promoting from the chief operating officer role to the CEO/member role is Scott Bland. With his 20-plus years of experience Bland has been guiding the day-to-day operations of the company for nearly three years. He will continue to be the driving force behind Foster Caviness as the company builds and executes its strategy for the future.
