Leonard has successfully navigated the company through the challenges of delivering on its mission to provide high-quality, safe produce to its customers in an ever-changing regulatory and market environment.
“Joe has been an essential character in Bonipak’s 90-year story,” said Mitchell Ardantz, managing member of Bonipak. “He has been an important part of our growth, and we would not be where we are today without his leadership in so many aspects of our business.”
Leonard’s leadership has been characterized by a deep commitment to the company’s mission and values. His ability to establish a clear vision for the future, navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities, has earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues, industry peers and stakeholders alike.

The company is committed to identifying a visionary leader who will continue to drive its mission of continuous improvement and growth. Until his successor is appointed, Leonard will continue to lead and oversee the company’s strategic priorities. Once a successor has been named, he will partner with this leader to ensure a smooth transition.
“We are committed to finding the right individual to lead Bonipak into its next chapter,” said Alain Pincot, managing member. “Joe’s legacy will serve as a guiding example as we move forward, and we are confident that his successor will build on the strong foundation he has established. We are grateful that Joe has agreed to remain in his role through the Spring to facilitate a smooth transition.”
