Equipment assets of Heeren Bros. set for auction
New Mill Capital, a national asset acquisition and disposition firm, has been engaged to sell the equipment assets of Heeren Bros. via online auction. The auction sale, consisting of over 300 pieces of equipment used for apple receiving, washing, grading and packing, will be held exclusively online with bidding opening Tuesday, Jan. 31 and closing Tuesday, Feb. 7.
The equipment includes a state-of-the-art high-speed washing, grading and flume delivery system with robotic bin handling/dumping and retrieval with a MAF Roda Agrobotic six-lane optical sorter, 28-lane grading discharge and 28-flume stainless steel isolation and delivery system with automated bin filling selection system, (two) Maf-Roda dry pack bin fillers, (two) graded product robotic bin dumping stations to water flumes delivered to (two) drying and wax coating lines, Cedis-MAF automated 12-station fruit bagging line, tray packing line with Accu-Label ORB-it G-2 (eight) lane PLU sticker applicator, tray dispenser, casing, (four) Maf-Roda auto box fillers, (four) Maf-Roda PNW quick bag packers, checkweighers, case sealers, conveyance and auto palletizing, (two) SWF bliss formers, new Genie Z-45/25J articulating man lift, forklifts, scissor lifts, metalworking maintenance, spare parts, air compressors, pallet racking and plant support.
