bagWada Farms is looking forward to participating in this year’s Organic Produce Summit and is excited to showcase its expanded organic program, which is a key growth area for the company.

“Our primary goal is to connect with organic retailers and buyers, discuss consumer trends and highlight our commitment to providing high-quality organic produce,” said Eric Beck, director of marketing for the company. “We also aim to stay ahead of industry innovations and strengthen our position as a trusted supplier in the organic produce category.”

At Booth No. 1110, Wada Farms will be represented by Ben Josephson and Trey Serr of its sales and marketing team. “Attendees can expect a welcoming booth that highlights our organic offerings,” Beck said. “We will feature fresh organic produce, with emphasis on potatoes, onions and sweet potatoes. We plan to share success stories of our organic program and to discuss our sustainability commitments and quality standards.”

Overall, the company’s objectives will be focused on building relationships, exploring new market opportunities and gathering feedback on consumer preferences.

Wada Farms has made significant investments in developing a reliable and high-quality organic supply chain.

“Our organic program emphasizes sustainable farming practices, strict quality control and transparency,” Beck said. “Organic produce is vital to our growth strategy, as consumers increasingly seek healthy, environmentally friendly options. We believe organic offerings enhance our portfolio and position us as a leader in sustainable produce solutions.”

That’s why expected topics on the show floor are likely to include the consumer demand for organic produce, supply chain transparency and sustainable farming practices.

“We’re particularly interested in discussions around organic certification trends, innovative packaging solutions and emerging consumer preferences,” Beck said. “We want to learn more about how the industry is addressing supply consistency and expanded organic options to meet increasing demand.”

Wada Farms has participated in the OPS show for several years, recognizing it as a premier industry event that offers unparalleled access to key buyers and decision-makers.

“It’s a must-attend because of its focus on innovation, trends and networking within produce — aligning perfectly with our goals for organic expansion and industry leadership,” Beck said. “A successful show means meaningful interactions, new opportunities and tangible leads that align with our organic program. We hope to leave with clear action plans and strengthened relationships that will support our growth.”

Wada Farms is also interested in the networking opportunities that a show like OPS brings.

“Networking is crucial for us to strengthen existing relationships and forge new partnerships,” Beck said. “We see the OPS show as an opportunity to collaborate with retailers, distributors and industry peers to expand our organic reach. Building these connections is essential as we scale our organic program nationally and meet the evolving needs of the marketplace.”

Looking ahead, Wada Farms plans to expand its organic acreage, enhance farming practices to meet more certification standards and introduce new organic varieties to meet consumer demand. “We’re also exploring value-added organic products and increasing our marketing efforts to educate consumers about our commitment to sustainable farming,” Beck said. “These initiatives are designed to increase our market share and establish Wada Farms as a top organic produce supplier nationally.”
