New FPFC officers installed at annual dinner dance
ANAHEIM, CA — The Fresh Produce & Floral Council’s annual dinner dance was held Saturday, Jan. 26 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, here, where the council’s 2019 slate of officers was installed. More than 500 produce professionals attended the festivities at this renowned Southern California resort destination, with the theme of the evening being “A Greek Odyssey.”
Andrew Bivens of Westlake Produce Co. will be the 2019 FPFC chairman of the board, replacing outgoing Chairman Alfonso Cano of Lucky/Albertsons. Brian Cook of Pete’s Living Greens moves into the FPFC 2019 chairman-elect position.
