Coast Produce revitalizes Nogales operation with new warehouse

WagnerJacobsenRIO RICO, AZ – Coast Produce Co. Inc., based in Los Angeles, held a grand opening celebration of its new warehouse on Nov. 1, here. The facility comprises 70,000 square feet of warehouse space and an additional 13,000 square feet of office space, and is housed in a cavernous new Delta Fresh warehouse that is scheduled for completion later this month.

The opening of the new warehouse is part of a concerted effort by owner John Dunn to become more deeply invested in the warehousing business to mirror the firm’s growing involvement in that realm in Southern California, according to Jerry Wagner, general manager of Coast Produce’s Nogales operation.
