NEW YORK — The 2017 New York Produce Show trade show floor opened Wednesday, Dec. 13 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Manhattan's West Side. More than 5,000 attendees were expected to visit with 400 exhibitors. In addition to all of the meetings taking place on the floor, educational seminars ran throughout the show.
