Target's $200M thank you
Target is giving $500 bonuses to all hourly team members in stores, distribution centers and our headquarters and field-based offices. In addition, all store directors, executive team leaders and salaried distribution center leaders (12,000 in total) will receive a bonus ranging from $1,000-$2,000 — that’s a $200 million investment.

And never has their dedication, resiliency, care and compassion been more appreciated than during the pandemic."
Target said it will extend its coronavirus benefits into the new year to help its employees and their families navigate the impact of the pandemic. That includes waiving the absenteeism policy for coronavirus-related illness, providing free access to health care through virtual doctor visits for all team members, a 30-day paid leave for vulnerable team members, free backup care to all U.S.-based team members and mental health support through free counseling sessions.
In the past year Target has invested $1 billion in the well-being, health and safety of employees, including a permanent minimum starting wage increase to $15.
