FPFC to host second annual Top Golf tourney

The Fresh Produce & Floral Council will hold its second annual Top Golf tournament Sept. 12 at 6 p.m. at the Top Golf facility in Ontario, CA.

This innovative event is a great way to conduct team building and appreciation, network with industry leaders and retailers, share great food and drink, show off your golf game, win great prizes — and even watch football, according to Bob Lanter, president of the FPFC. sdf

The price of registration provides three hours of golf and includes entrance into the tournament, dinner, drinks and many chances to win prizes. You can even participate in the hole-in-one contest for a chance to win $10,000.

Lanter suggests that companies consider reserving an entire bay for their team (six golfers), or he added that there are great sponsorship opportunities to highlight your company and build your brand within the industry. These opportunities include food sponsors, chairman's suite sponsorship and the coveted hole-in-one sponsor that will allow your organization to "set up shop" in the contest bay, displaying your product, generating leads and handing out giveaways.

As always, retailers, foodservice and other consumer-facing organizations can golf complimentary as FPFC will cover the cost. To reserve these special spots, please contact Matt Hayes, FPFC's Program and Event Director at [email protected]

To register and for more information on sponsoring, please visit fpfc.org and click on the Top Golf banner.
