Vertical farming company Kalera Inc., headquartered in Orlando, FL, is seeking relief under Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection. Kalera's parent company intends to use the court-supervised process to evaluate strategic alternatives, including a potential sale of Kalera or its assets.
