In its inaugural year, the Encore All-Star Games, powered by Sunkist Growers, will host elite-level high school senior basketball players from the greater Los Angeles region on Saturday, April 8 at St. John Bosco High School.

Sal Vacca, the former owner of A.J. Trucco located on Hunts Point Terminal Market in the Bronx, NY, died March 22. He was 93.

Mr. Vacca retired in 2015 from a company he has been so deeply involved with since it was formed in 1960.

The FDA Final Rule on FSMA Section 204 published in November 2022 adds the requirement to capture and record Critical Tracking Events or CTE’s.
